Fish Palatka is an independent local fishing guide operated by Waterside Solutions. These guidelines explain how to contribute, how we use approved content, and the limits of the information on this site.
Contribute something local
We welcome relevant businesses, fishing photos and videos, tournament information, reports and corrections from Palatka and Putnam County. Submit accurate information, identify original sources and include relevant dates. If you represent a business or organizer, tell us your relationship to it. Do not submit spam, unlawful material, misleading claims, private information about others or content you are not entitled to share.
Your content stays yours
You retain ownership of your original photos, videos and writing. When you submit material for publication, you grant Fish Palatka and Waterside Solutions a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to review, reproduce and display that material on fishpalatka.com, including its galleries, listings and homepage. We may resize or crop images and edit captions for clarity without materially misrepresenting them. Video links may be embedded from their original hosting platform.
This permission does not transfer ownership or authorize us to sell your content. Separate permission is needed for unrelated advertising or other uses outside this site. We will use your requested credit where practical; tell us if you prefer no public name. General questions and private correspondence are not treated as content submitted for publication.
Permission and people in photos
Only submit content you own or are authorized to share. Obtain permission from recognizable people shown and from a parent or guardian for any child. Do not upload someone else’s photograph simply because it is available online. For third-party material, send the original source link and explain its permission or licensing terms; publication is subject to verification.
Please have an adult submit content involving children. Avoid identifying a child’s school, address or exact location. Remove sensitive location metadata before sharing photos if it should remain private.
Review before publication
Nothing is published automatically. We may verify, edit, decline or remove submissions based on relevance, accuracy, permission, quality or site needs. Submission does not guarantee publication, timing, a particular position or a business endorsement. Keep your own originals; this site is not a file-storage service.
The photo form accepts up to three JPG, PNG or WebP files of 2 MB each and 16 megapixels or less. Larger photos can be shared by download link or email. Send video links rather than video files. Contact details are handled under our Privacy Policy.
Corrections, credit and removal
Email hello@watersidesolutions.com to report an error, request a credit change, withdraw permission for future display or report content you believe infringes your rights. Include the page URL, identify the material, explain your connection to it and provide a way to contact you. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. We can remove material we control, but cannot guarantee removal of third-party copies, search caches or already distributed material.
Independent coverage and original sources
Fish Palatka is an independent local guide. Referenced publishers, fishing guides, tournament organizers and video creators are not affiliated with Fish Palatka and do not sponsor or endorse this site unless expressly stated. Our report summaries link to the original publishers, and third-party videos are embedded from their original hosting platform with creator credit. Names and links identify the source; they do not imply a partnership or endorsement. Original reports and videos remain the property of their respective owners.
Business listings and outside services
Listings are informational. Confirm prices, hours, availability, access, qualifications and arrangements directly with the business or organizer. Fish Palatka does not make bookings or guarantee third-party services through a directory listing. Waterside Solutions website services are separate from Fish Palatka editorial listings. Any paid promotion will be identified as sponsored or advertising.
Using this guide safely
Fish Palatka provides general information. We aim to keep listings, reports and maps useful and accurate, but cannot guarantee they are complete, current or suitable for your particular trip.
Fishing, boating and outdoor activities involve risks. Check weather, water conditions, closures, legal access and current regulations before heading out. Our maps and descriptions are planning aids, not navigation charts or assurances that a location is safe.
